Thank you Bill (Harris) for your reference to Argyris relative to Mental
Models- I have not read his work. Also thank you for the reference to
Peter Block "Flawless Consulting" which I have and read a long time ago,
prior to having an explicit distinction between facts and interpretations.
I have been documenting some tricky examples of facts and interpretations
and am eager to read about other examples and interventions for
clarification. Does anyone else have references or information along this
line?
