There is evidence that financial markets value sensible strategy
backed by keeping one's word above short term performance. The
reason most don't know this is that they don't have a sensible
strategy and they don't keep their word.

My evidence is that many without performance have high valuations and
that many who do not have regular earnings but good strategies that
seem to be working (and keep their word) have high valuations.
