Pegasus Communications' conference "Systems Thinking in Action" is in San
Francisco next week, 10/2-4.

With a little bit of luck, there will be bright yellow "Learning-org"
buttons and an info sheet out in the registration area starting Wednesday
morning. If you're at the conference, please wear a button so we can find
each other. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you face to face!

[The Pegasus staff is aware of this, but won't be directly involved in
distributing buttons or info sheets.]

Secondly, I would like to use learning-org to "extend" to conference to a
wider set of people over the net. If you're there and find something
interesting, please be a reporter to share it with the list. And, if
you're out there and can make it, feel free to ask about so-and-so's talk.

People from the list who are presenting something at the conference,
please reply to this with a brief note about what you are presenting.

- The Keynotes include: Dee Hock, founder of VISA, Meg Wheatley, Peter
Senge, and Robert Fritz.

- Senge, Dawna Markova and Joe Jaworski will dialogue on "Reclaiming the
Courage to Lead" on Thursday afternoon.

With Mike Goodman of Innovation Associates, I'll be presenting
"Demystifying the Archetypes" on Wednesday morning. It this session,
everyone will practice a process for examinging a situation from a Systems
Thinking point of view.
