Dr. Eric Marshall McLuhan will speak at the September Meeting of the
Creativity Consortium. He will explore ways to predict the social and
cultural impacts of new ideas, concepts and technologies using the McLuhan
"Tetrad" Model. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 1996. 6:45 pm. Toronto New Business
