Just my personal perspective, but as a leader of a fairly large staff of
professionals, I have learned a huge amount and become a more effective
leader from social worker/therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists
whom I have consulted on business/people problems. Some of my stories are
contained in prior LO messages.
