I work for The Casey Family Program and we are developing a Competency
Based HR system. Casey is a social service agency that provides foster
care for children. We are just implementing the Core Competencies as the
first stage of the process. We are also trying to develop this agency into
a Learning Organization. I would be willing to discuss this with you
on-line or off.
