The thing people are worried about is CHANGE, and even after your company
sets new priorities, do not expect 100% reconciliation, in the near
future.
There is only one way to get the message across. Gently, with counselling
if your company can
a) afford the time
b) have the necessary resources to counsel people
People have to be told that the change is better for the company which
will translate to better benefits to them in the long run.
Good luck to you and your company. Would like to know your experiences
