Well feedback might say "You said XX and I reacted YY" whereas evaluation
would give you my reaction to YY and you would then react to my reaction
rather than giving me feedback!

I can evaluate without applying my biases. If you say that you do not like
people from upper/middle classes, I can evaluate that you are being
biassed based on a sample of those people you have experienced from that
class, whereas I would judge that "You do not like me." and act
accordingly.

At this stage, I see a political agenda unfolding or perhaps an academic
dialog which I "judge" as not appropriate for further dialog by me.
