We are currently offering a training course for our managers that
introduce them to the characteristics of a Learning Organization and
develop skills that will help us become a Learning Organization. Systems
thinking is a major element of the course and the Beer Game is a major
piece of the in class experience. We follow this with the "The Tell Your
Own Story Exercise" from THE 5TH DISCIPLINE FIELDBOOK".

We also do some work on mental models and the impact of assumptions and I
am looking for a stronger experience (exercise) to lead into the
discussion about assumptions. I would appreciate any ideas.
