I would like some advice and suggestions to help me build up more active
participation processes and practices in the development, use and review of
business plans with staff in a healthcare or not for profit industry sector.

As part of Government initiated changes my organization, 6,000 highly
geographically dispersed clinical and blue collar staff, has developed
Business Planning systems to produce 3 year and 1 year operational plans. We
also have introduced an organization wide performance management system in the
last two years. Our core services are non-acute.

I have been working as on OD and Management Development specialist in the
National Health Service in Scotland for the past 7 years.

I would like to introduce practical ways of working with all staff that helps
to gain better support and recognition for the need to constantly review
service provision and service standards.
