Walter, I still see that what you are talking about is processes companie
s manage to provide an environment where creativity can take place. Creative
minds, organizational thinkers, etc. happen whether management wants it or
not. In fact, I have seen more creative minds and organizational thinkers
functioning full power when management opposes them. I have seen workers
sharing great creative ideas over some beers, after hours, becuase management
would not even acknowledge they exist,let alone allowing them room to express
their ideas about how to improve operations, etc.
