This is a little scary for me. Researchers have divided behaviors into 4
different dimensions forever and whatever one(e.g. Myers-Briggs) might
want to label them, the 4 quadrants of behavioral characteristics are
pretty much the same. What this means to me is that 75% of the
people-wherever I am- will react to situation or solve problems very
differently from me. Only 25% will react to situations the way we do. Is
everyone on this list just like me? Does being on this list label me as
an N or whatever? I hope not!

Many inventories have been developed to provide feedback on personal
styles. Most emphasize that: Everyone has strengths, Strengths carried
to extremes can become limitations, A mix of different strengths is
needed to make progress.

While people have preferred behavioral styles, these are not fixed or
unalterable. People can and do change their behaviors, People can and do
behave in many ways, Everyone can get along and work well with others if
there is mutual respect and a willingness to understand and learn from
each other.

I hope the conversation continues as it is. The choice to read, delete,
or unsubscribe is mine. So far, I like it here.
