issue isnot so much racial or gender oriented as it status quo
oriented."
I refer to a post on another topic in which I offered that a useful
vantage point was in seeing the current situation as a dynamic tension
between the "forces of order" and the "forces of movement", which
appears to be a necessary "evil". To use a Deming training
metaphor...tinker toys built over time, by many inputs.
