it seems to me that this list is a group of people of many levels of
experience, education, self knowledge, where the experts / more adept
members and the novices can share insights, tools, (ideas) strategies

but, I do think that each has to have the intention of creating some
"good" ... and it will be created... (rather than just ego fluffing)
which is boring... or flaming (which is just ignorant, and ego fluffing)
anyway, there are certain posters that I really tune into because they
are so ... correct, at least it seems to me... this a great list, group
people sharing ideas, knowledge... what works, why, when... I'm learning
