I still like my idea of OQ - organizational quotient - the MBTI is a
preference scale rooted in the people prefer to behave - and that will
often tend to vary depending on environments...EQ may have something to
say at that point....

But maybe a paradigm shift is needed to find some benchmarks that will
help us understand how organizations have learned or not
learned/implemented, etc. By the way, I am a very high MBTI "E" so bear
with me as I "mouth off".... Examples? To what extent do we implement
vision/mission/strategy? How can we quantify our ability to recognize
and close "gaps", in what ways do we inquire and apply learnings?, do
we transfer personal learnings to the whole system and how well...

To overlay MBTI, DiSC, and others onto a system is probably a fork that
will lead us in a circle. By the way, this list is eating my time, but
I it is helping me communicate in othyer venues than clergythink.
Thanks!
