My observations and those of my associate over many years indicate
that people are only acting as they are led to act by their societal
upbringing. This is the reason there is little difference between
business, educational, government or church environments. We have an
authoritarian based society which is more concerned that we all do
what the authorities want us to do than with helping us to reach our
full potential.

This results in considerable abuse and mistreatment of people which
younger people then use as their model for how they treat others.
Understanding this condition and its dysfunctionality must then be
coupled with a set of tools (alternative behaviors) which bring out
the best in other people. This may be one of the most important
criteria for creating an LO since society is constantly training your
feedstock.
