My approach has been to integrate the disciplines without "naming" the
application Learning Organization. I am finding folks, especially executives
are receptive to the discipline and all I keep hearing is ... the approach
certainly makes sense!
We have initiated a Team Learning Program and the other disciplines are
natually integrating into the application ... eventually, once things are
widespread, We'll call it what it is ... in the meantime, I'm taking one
discipline at a time and building incrementally toward this organizational
change (and it seems to be working)! Stay tuned!
