I am brand new to the web. I recently read the 5th Discipline. Now I search
the web for someone who is conversant in "How to"...skills and strategies to
employ these teaching in my work. I am Project Officer for a federal
program in workplace violence prevention. I believe the 5th Discipline
principles applied would go a long way toward solving the "Post office
syndrome". We are in the process of creating a Violence Prevention Threat
Assessment Group (VPTAG). Would that I could help them see the value of
persuading organizations toward the Learning Organization concept. Have you
any ideas along these lines? Suggestions?
