Interesting! About two years ago, we wrote a good deal on the topic, and
if I recall, published something similar as a sort of toxic organization
checklist...it wasn't designed to be scientific but to stimulate thought
on the subject on the part of managers and execs.

Amen, Mama!!!! I think it's a good question, but you know, I think how one
begins depends on the specific issue at hand. One thing I have become
convinced of is that the path to [fill in your choice, success,
leadership, learning, etc), is paved with individual bricks, each
different. In other words, the key is to look at macro behaviour, on an
everyday level.
