My request is for opinion on the LO Inventory and its place as an
instrument which may provide some focused stimulus for reflective
conversation about the needs and capabilities of an organization.

second time, but in checking his original msg, I found a glitch that

Participants answer the question "To what extent are the following true in
your organization" on a 0-5 scale. (0=not at all, 1=to a small degree,
2=to a small degree, 3=to some degree, 4=to a great degree, 5=to a great
degree)

Leadership
