You talk as if you don't think this would be a good thing! Change is
constant, in management "fads" as in everything. Although the essence
of the 'learning org' will remain, I'd be very surprised if it didn't
move into some other "fad" called by another name.

A lot of the concepts and fads have some common truths shared by all
of them. It's how they portray and connect those truths that makes
them different. The One Minute Manager fad may work for some, and
QUALITY work for others.

Don't misconstrue that I don't believe in LO...I do! It's just that
some refinements, adjustments or changes will come in the future to
make these common truths fit the current marketplace and society!
