Quick note: In my experience, the most unhealthy organizations are
characterized by split and blaming between levels of the org.
Professionals(?), admin. staff., middle managers, executives.

What I find perplexing is that EVERY person, in most organizations are
EMPLOYEES, from the CEO to the floor sweeper. Unfortunately, the more
unhealthy the org., the less likely each level is able to see the
constraints, and opportunites for the other levels.
