Point b. reminds me of the words of the founder of my company, F.A.
Putnam, who said some 80 years ago that "If you take care of the customer,
the financials will take care of themselves." I suppose we can always
find links where we want to see them, no? Putnam's words echo that
non-material/material paradigm.
