I would agree with this. One of the earlier books on NASA and teams is
Dennis Kinlaw's book "Developing Superior Work Teams" is based on his
experience working with NASA, Kennedy Space Center and their effort at
work teams.

Learning Organizational notions are not integrated into the language of
the text but it is apparent that a LO had to exist within these work team.
