I agree, but isn't it also a warning about charismatic leaders in
conservative settings?

Drat! this is one of the biggies that I missed off my list. Just a little
observation: " ...had to break into teams of practice in order to..." is
exactly what Stuart Kaufmann would prescribe, based on his NK network
complexity research, as pointed up by Michael McMaster et al. IMHO any
organisation that can do this is getting one of the key learning
organisation things exactly right...
