in Deming philosophy in educ LO8580 Ben Compton mentioned Scott Adams
book, The Dilbert Zone. My wife bought that book for us and we fought
over who got to read it first.

I remember the cartoon Ben mentions. I, too, laughed rather hard at it
but it also touched a spot very close to home. We get so serious about
what we do that we sometimes forget to laugh at ourselves. Mr Adams
brings us back to that point ... if we let him.

I feel the need to go on but I am sure that I would only start to mimic
Dilbert and company at this point.

BTW, did you happen to catch the sections on consultants and
teambuilding? OUCH!
