Continous learning; intranets LO8478

I am a graduate student in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio
State University working on a Ph.D. in Labor and Human Resources. I am
interested in finding information on what organizations are doing to
facilitate continuous learning. I am specifically interested in
organizations that are using some type of intranet to promote continuous
learning. Any information that you could e-mail me would be greatly
