Replying to LO8442 --

Michael Erickson, thank you for your reply. While saying what needs to be
said, as you say, what is only obvious to others, is some of the essence
of what consultants and trainers do. Perhaps having or starting
conversations, or even just "forcefully articulating" new ideas (LO for
example) is one of the key values we bring - having the COURAGE to say
what others either won't, can't, or don't know how is leading by example.
It may give others the freedom to feel they can speak and act differently.

Funny, but as I read these posts I am struck by how much of the discussion
relates to "All I Ever Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" by Robert
Fulghum. While not trying to over-simplify things (something this
iNtuitive has never been accused of!), telling the truth about what is
really going on around here and having a passion for something better is
the core of what we do.

Thank you Michael!
