Ben, I can't help but ask a follow on question from yours. Why is it that
your knowledge based business pays you a higher salary than Grade School
teachers who will be entrusted with the lives of several thousand people?
I assume that they are knowledge based workers.

Note the assumption, commercial pilots make more money than teachers.

In another thread the conversation is about values expressed and values
lived. While our society expresses that our children and their education
are valued, it lives by judging the worth of those who teach very lowly.
Could this behavior be a root cause for much cultural cynicism?
