Before talking about myself which - I promise - would be in a very few
words, I think that I should talk about my Organisation i.e., National
Dairy Development Board(NDDB). My intention is not to bore you by telling
what our organisation is etc., etc., but to state with all humility and
gratitude that it is this organisation (NDDB) that provided me this
opportunity to talk to you all. NDDB is a Learning Organisation.

I hailed from a rustic village in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. I
am interested in knowing and doing more in Transfer of Training.

I happend to read Jack Haley's book on Dharmic Management which talks
about the ways through which we can integrate the concept of Dharma - the
Eastern way of living as some Management people call it - with the
management practices of organisations. Later I couldn't find any of
Jack's works. Would be grateful for any information in this regard.
