Internationality on this list LO8162

A comment in response to WM Deijmann's comments about the value of the
internationality of this list (see his comment below). The
internationality is invaluable! We in the US are too likely to see
ourselves as the center of the universe, which makes the value of
frequently and informally, hearing views from different national
perspectives all the more important.

"Honestly spoken I am a bit afraid that (in a while) Non english native
speakers are not welcome anymore on this list. I hope I am wrong!

"I have recently had this experience on another international english
spoken mailinglist where this has happened and it really shocked me. The
list had over 600 subscribers and some american subscribers introduced
this solution. The reason they came up with was that it was THEIR
list..........! Now that list has gone down to about 400 subscribers.
