I believe this is in agreement with Rol. For existing processes, you
should evaluate each one against your core values--even if that means
reevaluating your core values. When you are in the position to design
your processes, tabula rasa, then you should have a firm grasp on your
core values you intend to imbed in those processes. Then visit the
process/value discussion again after you've measured the process results.
