I liked what Bob Luttman said about fishbones, and his thoughts on my comment
about their being fun.
You're right. Teams can go astray, or never go at all in circumstances where
feedback loops are not surfaced as an organizational impediment to desired
outcomes.
I had hoped that some of last year's exchanges on causal loops would have
blossomed in directions more fruitful to me, so that I could take shared case
study material and mold some tool use here at my company to the shared stories
and data. That hasn't reached me through the list, so I look in books, speak
to other company practitioners, and do what I do best right now.
Thanks again, Bob, for your excellent observations.
Best regards,
