I'm beginning to think that much of what I'm looking for will be of this
nature. I'm also working with 2 local authorities, using what you could
call 'applied memetic engineering' in two team-communication-service
improvement-type initiatives.

is there anyone else out there using 'applied memetic engineering' or
whatever you might call it?
