Dear LO'ers,
I will be teaching a graduate level course titled "Learning organizations"
this Fall (late August, 1996). I have a draft syllabus, but not
enthralled with it. I am specifically looking for college syllabi,
lesson plans, or ideas that you have on exercises, methods, and innovative
ways of teaching about learning organizations. The terminal
objectives for the course (so far) are:
* Be able to identify the characteristics of a learning organization.
* Be able to use several methods to implement a learning organization
(generally taken from the LO Fieldbook).
* Be able to develop an evaluation tool for a learning organization.
I will appreciate any input or help and will summarize for the list.
Thank You !
