There will be a week-long train-the-trainer program in Systems Thinking at
Innovation Associates August 5-9. This session, along with delivery of an
actual course (with assistance and coaching by IA) will lead to
certification and a license to use the 3-day Innovation Associates Systems
Thinking course (which I had a role in developing while I was at IA).

This T-T-T program is targeted at companies interested in having a
capability for delivery of in-house systems thinking programs and is not
(at this time) intended for external consultants and training firms. The
program materials are in English.

I will be part of the faculty for this train-the-trainer program, provided
there is sufficient enrollment.

Pre-requisites: Some experience with systems thinking equivalent to
attending, for example, the introductory 3-day programs put on by IA or
others, or the week-long special programs at MIT.

The approach we use in the course and in facilitating groups is documented
in a series of articles by Mike Goodman and me in _The Systems Thinker_,
Pegasus Communications, 617-576-1231 (reprints available).

For further information on the Train-the-Trainer program and licensing the
IA Systems Thinking program, contact Julia Sager at Innovation Associates,
617-398-8500 or Sager.Julia@adlittle.com

The 3-day course itself is offered for public enrollment several times a
year in various US cities, and I lead some of these; for schedule and
other information, contact IA.

(For full disclosure, I have a financial interest in the items described
here. When I'm not hosting the LO list, I am an independent consultant and
an adjunct member of the staff at Innovation Associates.)
