Just wanted to share an experience with you. Today was the last formal
meeting of the LO class I've been giving all year (next week we're meeting
for lunch instead). It was good. The best moment was when the students
again started discussing (on their own inititative) what organizational
learning and a learning organization is. I thought it was fantastic that
after 2 semesters together, the topic was still perceived as complex
enough to still raise discusion.
Thanks for all your help and ideas over the last 9 months. Now I have to
get busy revising the course for next year.
