Management buy-in is necessary for success. However, this buy-in may
come prior to, during, or after the desired outcome is achieved.
We must provide leadership required to obtain the desired outcome until
management buy-in occurs. Learned helplessness often leads us wait for
management affirmation when implicit permission to proceed exists.
Goethe said:
What you can do or think you can, BEGIN IT-- boldness has genius, power

I assert that the simple act of beginning is one of the most powerful
justifications that can be given for many ideas.
