Will consultants change? Will change agents change? Will anyone
change?

Surely it's and/both in the matter of profits, social good (and most
anything else worth talking about).

And the question, I suggest isn't "Will [fill in your favorite group
to make wrong] change?" The question is "How fast can we learn,
develop, change?" Distinct from the change that is happening anyway
at its own pace.

Notice I say "How fast can **we** develop?" I cannot see how, if we
are part of the systems, if we assume that we must be part of the
system if we are part of its changing, there can be a question about
"them" changing which doesn't include "us" changing.
