Joan:

There are many "other" reasons why a company should apply good principles
of running a business. Yes, they need to make a reasonable profit to stay
in business, but isn't business 1st about meeting customer needs? And how
do you do this? By treating your employees in ways that Covey and other's
have found make sense. Your comments seem most concerned with dollars and
outstanding productivity gains ((100-300% of what?), which are a result of
doing the right things.

Also, don't assume that Sherry lacks business experience.
