What is more frightening is when the CEO realizes they need to change
and schedules retreats every year on team building, empowerment, etc...
but still continues to do the ingrained training on the job.

Changes take more than one quarter to show up so they continue to
agressively treat the symptoms while making the root cause worse!
This is why Senge's work is so fundamental to getting us out of the
collective hole we have found ourselves in....
