Following this tread for the last couple of days (and realizing the=20
value of Argyris' work all over again) I've had I thought lurking in=20
my head that is asking to come out.

A long time ago I attended a time management seminar. Truly, I don't=20
remember anything about it (which says more about my attention span at=20
the time than about the topic or presenter) expect a maxim that was=20
shared with the class. Very simple, it goes like this: =20

"Nothing is impossible for those who don't have to do it."

Now, for me, this applies up and down and all around.
