Your right. I am surprised at the lack of response to seeking a set of
relationships that allow systems to support each other. My total system
picture.

Even in business there are times when I have to compete vigirously with
some of my competitors and at other times I collaborate with the saome
competitors. Only by working on the relationiships and knowing that we
can work for mutual benefit can we do both.

In the larger context when collaboration among different organizational
types is needed how do we work on the relationships?

Managers count beans and keep time, Leaders, take risks and ask others to. Each of us must play both roles.
