Yes, Andrew, you are explaining what I mean by good people. I should
have said experienced practitioners. The point I was on is that OO is
no panacea and is only as good as the people doing it. The abstractions
would not be novel so much as truly representing business objects that
can be implemented without needing layers of translation.

I have seen OO projects that just add complexity without improving
value or understanding. These would be examples of poor practice....Keith
