Hit it square on Michael. I don't know whether its inspiration or
enthusiasm. But leaders find that fire in the belly to get people
thinking and moving. Leaders are not written into the organizational
chart. They are simply names. Leadership is personal, much of our
disappointment is that people are placed in positions in which they should
lead and are not prepared for it. Obviously you get to carry the ball.
If you like the role go for it.
