If Price;

Hear hear! Is a self-managing team a common form of family organization in
the UK? Sure isn't here in the US. Dr. Fred Emery defines true team
organizations as "Design Principle 2": where the control and coordination
function is at the same level of organization as where the action/work is
done. Doesn't sound like any families I know.
