I've got strong opinions on this one, but mixed emotions. I opine that =
change in this direction is mandatory, but I'm also well aware of the =
"flavor of the week" syndrome it can create if improperly approached. =
In the end of my thinking on it, the risk of a bad taste in some mouths =
is balanced by the knowledge that individual transformations have =
occurred and that there is some learning history which may reemerge at a =
time when the organization is better lead.
