Self-Organizing Systems
A Simpler Way

This inquiry explores the implications of the self-organizing evolutionary
paradigm as described in complexity science and as observed in our
organizations. For three days, we examine the conditions and leadership
required to create an organization that can respond continuously and
intelligently to change. We delve into our deepest beliefs and
experiences about how organization and change happen. Please join us for
an inquiry that will change the way you change.

Presenters:

Margaret Wheatley, author of Leadership and the New Science, Myron
Kellner-Rogers, co-author with Wheatley of A Simpler Way (August 1996),
and Fritjof Capra, author of The Turning Point, The Tao of Physics, and
The Web of Life (August 1996).

Who Should Attend

This seminar works well for anyone exploring the implications of
self-organization and living systems theory for organizational and
societal change, both from private and public organizations.

Where & When

The seminars are held at Robert Redford's Sundance Resort, Utah. The
resort is 60 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport, with
transport provided by Sundance van service. Dates: July 22-24, or
September 26-28, 1996.

Fees

The seminar fee is $1850 per person and covers tuition, program materials
and all meals. The fee is non-refundable within 30 days of the program.
Lodging costs are separate.
