So, even though they don't exist, they do to exist

Any society/ religion/ culture that has ever been has, I assert, existed
around its own framework of SETs which both enabled and limited it.

The conversation on SETs began out of an enquiry into whether a set of
SETs [sorry] relevant to today could be written and if so by who.
