I advocate an integrated framework using both deductive and inductive
approaches. A deductive approach focuses on the LO as a vision or ideal
organizational archetype. An inductive approach focuses on existing

Sort of a root, causal analysis. I would think that a deductive approach
would first spell out the behaviors you want to practice.
